Charleston West Virginia Market

Hey All,

I was wondering if anyone has experience in the Charleston, WV market. I know that it gets a bad wrap as being a city full of drugs and low income neighborhoods, but I've heard recently (last 3-5 years) its been on the rise. I am planning to buy near Charleston in the next year or so and was wanting to get a good run down of the market (ROI's, growth, rental prices, etc.).
