MLS Listings Legality
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows the legality of putting MLS listings on an online website without being a NAR registered brokerage. Furthermore, I am wondering if this could work if I am only a licensed agent (not a broker). Basically, am I required to be a licensed broker to put MLS listings on an online website or can I do this either by partnering with a licensed broker in the MLS area I am interested in showing listings for or even without being a licensed broker all together? Thanks!
