Section 8 Investment opportunity
Dear BP Crew,
I am wondering about everyone's experiences with BRRRR strategies in the section 8 sector. Around me there are some opportunities for properties that will sell for around $15-20k in section 8 areas (+/- Opportunity Zones). I know every property has a magic number that makes it work, but I am looking for experiences from the family here with the whole process around section 8 as a strategy if the numbers work.
