Owner name/address different than mailing name/address

Good morning, all! 

I have a quick question that I'm hoping has a simple answer:

I am interested in purchasing a property (have made an initial offer) and was reviewing the property information available on the local auditors website. The owner's name and address are different than the mailing name and address (like, they're not even in the same state.) I did meet the owner during the viewings, and it matches the "owner" information. What might be a reason for this, and is this any cause for concern?
