Riding around Wichita looking at different investment flips and holds. Does anyone in Wichita know some good areas for investing.

@Robert Burris I‘d be playing around in Park City or Bel Aire if I were flipping. Numbers are all over the place. I wouldn‘t be shocked to hear you could pick something up for 50-60k, renovate it, and turn it to $115k. Solid numbers in an up and coming or transitioning area.
