Whatsup Biggerpockets,
New investor here from Vancouver, BC looking to purchase my first BRRRR. I currently reside in a very inflated/pricey market and I'm looking to invest somewhere outside of my own backyard. I came across a couple investors out of Windsor Ontario that have been absolutely killing it and that sparked my interest. After some research I've found that a positively cash flowing property is a lot easier to obtain in Windsor than it is at home. So here starts the search of my team! If anyone is or knows of a realtor in Windsor that would be willing to work with an out-of-area investor please come/point them in my direction! A friend and I both have cash on hand and are looking to purchase SFH or small multifamily properties under market value if possible.
