Hello,

Does anyone have a good offer template (including all of the required sections such as contingencies, earnest money, etc., e.g. Hypothetical Insights (https://www.investhypothetical.com/submit-offers.html) or OpenListings (https://www.openlistings.com/offers/details)) for buying a property without a Buyer's Agent? If not: 1) what are the essentials to an offer letter? or 2) can anyone please point me in the right direction for such a template? Thanks!
