Need help finding a bank statement or alt-doc refi
Hello! I bought a property in December for $172k. Used a hard money loan as its piir condition wouldn't allow for conventional financing. Now I'd like to move into it (not prohibited, as it's a hml) and get down to a better interest rate. I'm not having an easy time finding a company to do the refi as I'm self-employed and that brings some challenges. Bank of England has been working on it for over 60 days and hasn't been able to close it. Help!
