Now that the market is leveling off in most places and looking like it might turn down, I am wondering what strategies people are using that are working well.
My 2 go-to strategies, tax deed investing and foreclosures, both for quick flips, are having slimmer and slimmer profits. I’d like to make sure I’m ready for a downturn. Thoughts?
