House Hack Questions
We are trying to help our niece get her first house. Looking at some townhouses as well as some light fixers. We will be providing the down payment. She will need to house hack to make it work. Curious what I am not considering in terms of costs as shown below. Also, what's best resource for our niece (early 20's) so she can fully "get" the house hack concept!? Blog, podcast, etc...? Other thoughts!? Thanks in advance.
