Sandwich Lease Option Closing
If you are doing a sandwich lease option and staying in the deal. How does the closing take place when your tenant/buyer gets a new mortgage to cash you out? Had an issue when tenant/buyer getting loan, lender says I'm not on title. What do I do? Thanks.
