My wife and I are just looking to venture out and purchaseour first home as an investment property to rent out. I live in South Jersey but I’m wondering if any of you have ideas as to up and rising booming markets?

    Oklahoma City isn't going to give you much appreciation, but it will give your really steady cash flow every month at a low entry price point.
