Best approach to sending many offers per day?

Looking for suggestions on the best most 
Efficient, fastest, simplest ways to send out 
Many offers a day???

Any specific tools people are using?
Any non realtors using zipforms?

I'm in Massachusets if that matters.

Get a copy of the state contract, get a PDF writer that you can use to edit and sign PDF docs, pre-fill all the information that will stay the same from offer-to-offer (earnest money, special stips, buyer info, etc), and then save the template.

When you want to put in an offer, bring up the template, add the offer-specific information (date, address, purchase price, etc), sign and send.

We can put together an offer this way in about 3 minutes.

Thanks very much for the suggestion.. and was thinking along the same lines..  It sounds like a nice simple inexpensive approach.   I'm not looking to blanket the market with hundreds of low ball offers..  Just looking to target certain select properties.. and maybe make 5 to 10 offers a day at a substantial discount to the current listing price.   I'm just looking to just streamline the process..  and probably target properties that have been for sale for quite a while, i.e. at least 60 days+, and not selling.    Only properties that I really would want to own, but the current price doesn't fit my investment criteria.

I certainly don't recommend shooting out lots of low-ball offers, but I'm a big fan of efficiency and repeatable processes, regardless of whether you're doing a task 50 times per day or once a week.

J Scott is far from bottom of the barrel... I believe he's simply offering a tip on how to be more efficient with contract preparing.

As for the Ops plan for the information... who knows.  Most members I see here seem to advertise intelligent application of focus versus simple spam to achieve numbers.

Is this type of mass low-ball offer really suggested by any real investors here?  Or is it just guru bs?

I know it is a numbers game.  But to me it is bottom of the barrel stuff.  I would not build my business on it.
