Building permit status
I am looking to buy a house out of bankruptcy and noticed that it had 2 permits ( plumbing trade permit and building alterations permits) that had been pulled 13 years ago.
The status of both is : closed. Does this mean that they have been completed or there is another stop of completion? Any thoughts?
