Possible investment situation
Good afternoon, my name is Sean and I’m new to this forum. I came across BiggerPockets when I was searching for information on something I’m considering. I’m looking at purchasing 7.29 acres that sit between two subdivisions. The property has one house on it with a renter in the house. I would like to purchase the property and have it developed into a 15-20 home subdivision. How should I go about doing this? All advice is welcome...
