Hello, looking to buy my first rental property, finance only. Currently getting my pre approval. Is there anyone in the Baltimore area selling properties around the 35-40K range. Turn key, with renter if possible?

Turnkey property with a tenant in Baltimore City for 35k, better carry a gun when you go to collect rent, cause the tenants will probably rob you.
