BRRRR Calculator Question
BP Community I am looking for some help using the new BRRRR calculator. I watched the video on YouTube that is from about 2 years ago that @Brandon Turner posted. I noticed that the BRRRR calculator, that is in the tools section, is a slightly different version (results page). If there is an updated example video please send me the link! If there isn't a video and someone is willing to help me out, that would be greatly appreciated.
I have a few deals that I am analzying but just want to make sure I am using the tool correctly before pulling the trigger.

@Justin Dixon - I don't know of a specific updated video but I'd check out the webinar archive because I'm sure Brandon uses the calculator for that, I'm also happy to help review your numbers as a double check, feel free to contact.
