Anyone use Virtual Assistants to keep themselves sane?

Hello everyone! I really appreciate the info that is available here and elsewhere.  I will keep this short and ask does anyone see any value in virtual assistants to help them in their day-to-day operations?  I am looking to get deeper into rehab - ing some properties and bought two rental properties in the past.  At times, it feels like the "business" side of it is too much and I want to focus on the "investment" side of things.  Anyone use virtual assistants (or real ones!) to help keep things straight?  Thank you.

Excellent.  Thank you gentlemen!  I second the "minimum wage activities".  It was amazing finding myself spending 2 hours on a activity and asking "is this really what my time is worth?".

I use a VA for those tasks that I deem to be minimum wage activities. It was an eye opening experience for me when I realized just how much time and money I was wasting, by trying to save a few hundred dollars per week.

As a broker, hiring a VA was my best business decision in 2018. $7.50/hr, I only pay the time (or fraction thereof) I use, and she takes care of all of the tasks I add no value to. IE scheduling showings, entering tenant payments and following up on past due accounts, research, data entry, contract compliance, etc.

There are a lot of firms out there that can cater to a specific purpose. Or you can do like I did an use UpWork. But be very selective, I've found the best candidates come from Central/South America vs. the Philippines or India if communication with people here is necessary.
