No repairs needed for first property
I am looking at a duplex with no repairs needed but the numbers look good and is about 15% discounted. This would be my first investment property purchase. Am I missing out a lot on the learning process by getting a ready-to-rent property? My goal is keep buying homes and adding value to them by fixing them up but this one already has some value without me fixing it up. Am I missing out on getting an easy property like this or can I still learn the process and costs of repairs when things start breaking on this property?
