BRRRR - Question about Refinance Period and Refinance Amount
Hello, I have a question on the BRRRR. I was looking into using the BRRRR strategy. I spoke to the lender I used for the previous deal and she told me that you have to wait 6 months before refinancing and can only get 70% of appraised value since its a fourplex.
