Hi Chris. I like your motivation and skills. You're sure to go far. BiggerPockets is the number one place to get solid information and free assistance from a lot of mentors. I'm going to go Pro on BP as soon as I get my hands on some cash. This is probably the only site I would recommend for anyone to start, grow, and network. Then there are local meetup groups by members of BiggerPockets as well.
They must have some in Utah. Myself, I am in New York. There is so much wisdom in the Forum that I eat it like candy. And I take screenshots of things that I'm sure to use.
