Where can I learn about asset protection?
I'm about to purchase an out of state property. I want to be protected In the event of a lawsuit. This topic has been debated over and over on BP and nobody can seem to come to a consensus. Should I create an LLC, or get an umbrella policy? Are there any books that experts recommend I read? I figure the best way to go about this is to learn as much as I can myself.
