Help trying to find good deals? Foreclosures?
Looking for a little guidance. Trying to get into flipping homes. I’ve been saving for a while and now I am trying to find the best way to find and close a good deal. I’ve been looking at foreclosures, based off of “bang for your buck” if you will. I’m just wondering if there is another avenue that might be better?
