Helping Mom Sell House FSBO

Hi,

My mom is interested in selling her second house FSBO and asked me if I would be willing to post the house online, field phone calls and schedule the showings, be there when buyers come to look at the property, etc. to help her out since she is quite busy and out of town often. If I am not receiving any payment, is there anything I need to be worried about considering I do not have my RE license?
