Bought first 4 properties in both our names

Hi BP!

Our goal is to acquire 20 SFR through Fannie Mae. Unfortunately, my wife and I bought our first 4 SFR with both our names on the mortgage. How can we get 16 more SFR through Fannie Mae? We live in CA and the properties are in TN and MS.
