Purchasing a home Subject to
Hi, I am new to this and want to get a home for myself using subject to. I plan on contacting home owners selling on Zillow that have had their properties on there over 90 days. What do I say when I contact them? Is it ok to contact them when their home is already listed on Zillow with an agent? Or should I contact the agent? Thanks
