Pesky Neighbors Impacting a Listing

I'm going to be listing my house for sale in a week and a newish neighbor has me worried that he might drive away potential buyers and I'm not sure what to do. He is constantly parking his vehicle (and others) in the street and works on them all day which I'm pretty sure is illegal while blaring terrible music... What should I do?
