Question about Partnership
I am planning on potentially going into a deal with a partner (my cousin that lives states away) and the plan is that he finances the deal and I do everything else. Is there anybody who has used this method that can help me out with some questions I have? I am interested in how you structured your purchase, paperwork, and how you worked out the whole deal. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you. This would be my first purchase and the process is all new to me.
