50% off on 50+ farms

Hey everyone.

I really need your help on this one.

I'm in kinda of a special situation.. 
Through some connections of mine i've been offered almost 50% off on a lot of farms (50+).. 
The short story is that the banks have lend far too much money on the farms and now to write them off.

My question is: What could i do with these farms that would result in a win for as many as possible and make us money? 

The farms are not in the USA but in EU.
