Hello Everyone,

I live in the Atlanta (sandy springs) and currently am seeking a mentor to help shape me into a solid investor. I am a young (26), strong, disciplined, smart guy that is willing to provide value wether that be in time, physical, etc. If there is any experienced investors that are interested please feel free to message me.

@Cedrick Cooper, I'm not in your area and can't hire you, but when I look at someone as a "mentee" I want to know several things:

1) Education/training--what level of school did you complete and any subject areas of focus related to real estate investing?

2) Your skill set.  "I'm young and strong" means I might use you for grunt labor, but I can find those guys easy at the local day labor place for $10/hour, and they require babysitting and have little to offer me in return for what I consider very valuable advice.  Are you also good with computers, problem-solving, customer service, etc?  Those kinds of people are always in demand.

3) Work experience.  What work have you done and for how long?  I like to know if you're the type of guy who sticks around, or do you just take all the info I give you then run off to do your own thing after 3 months.

In short, I think you need to build more of a resume' so potential mentors know what you are capable of providing.  We get dozens of requests for mentorship.  It's your job to make yourself stand out from the crowd.
