Roofstock first time rental property

Hi,

I'm looking to buy my first rental property (sfh) but I live in colorado and its very expensive to find a good starter property so I was looking into other markets and came across roofstock. I was just wondering what people think about using them for your first time rental. My end goal is to buy and hold properties for rent and create cash flow to replace my income. Please let me know your thoughts.
