Feedback on my Statement of Work
Hi BP, I'm working on my first renovation project, a 725 sqft 2br/1ba in Jersey City, NJ. I am trying to get bids from contractors, so I've come up with a statement of work spreadsheet that I'd like contractors to use to fill out their pricing estimates. I would love to hear your feedback on the SOW regarding the format and task breakdown (is it specific enough?). Is this a good way to get an apples to apples comparison on pricing? Thanks for your feedback!
