Wholesaling in Nevada
I’ve been interested in wholesaling for awhile now, and seem to get mixed answers when I ask “Do you need a Business license for Wholesaling ?” Some people say yes and some say no. Does anyone have the updated answer to that question? I feel somewhat comfortable on what needs to be done in order to close a deal. But I don’t know if Title Companies in the area can even do Double Escrows or Contract assignments. If anyone knows for sure. I would be glad to hear from you.
