Researching investing in the Indianapolis area

Looking to invest out of state and Indianapolis is one of the area's I happened to come across. Anyone care to share their experience in the area with investing in SFR detached and (2 to 4 unit) Multifamily homes. 

My primary focus is using the BRRR strategy, and if I happen to come across an opportunity to flip a property then i'm also open to that. 

Wanted to get some valuable input from fellow investors and because many of you are opening to helping .  I'm here to also help, I live in the San Francisco Bay area and are very familiar with majority of the cities here. I live in Indianapolis currently. I am a relatively new investor, currently owning one duplex that I house hack. I recently got my broker license here as well, and I have had a good experience so far. There are BRRRR and flip opportunities available for sure.
