Assisted Living Home, anyone have experience?
Does anyone have experience owning, buying, starting, and managing nursing or assisted living homes? There is a an old school I am interested in that would be very good for an assisted living complex. They are in high demand where I am. I want to get my feet wet on potentially developing. Where do I start?
