Phoenix Real Estate Outlook

Shawn Abe
Posted

Hello all,

I'm evaluating a few different places to invest in real estate and Phoenix is one of them. I know it's a been a hot place to invest the last decade or so and wanted to hear the thoughts of those investing/living in Phoenix and surrounding areas about the real estate outlook of the area.

Do you think home prices and the city will continue to grow like they have or are the best days in the rear view mirror? I would also love to connect with an out-of-state investor friendly realtor or PM.

Thank you all.

HI Shawn, and welcome!

Phoenix has been hot, and by all indications it will continue to be. One of the biggest indicators of SUSTAINABLE market growth is the employment rate. I keep reading articles about the thousands of jobs that continue to pour into the Valley. This is a really important sign that home values will continue to appreciate. All these new workers need someplace to live!

I work with many out-of-state investors. Happy to answer any specific questions about the Phoenix market!
