Fannie Mae Max 10 Properties?
Hi All!
My business partner and I are about to begin our rental investments; however, we ran across an article from Fannie Mae that mentioned that you can only have 10 financed properties at any given time. Do you know much about this? Am I reading it wrong? Is there an honest and ethical workaround?
