Wholesale Issue with Bank
I have a property under contract in Florida. The issue is the property has a mortgage on it for of about $200k however the owner has filed for Bankruptcy a couple of years ago so the bank can't come after them. Now there's a mortgage left on the house and the bank wouldn't release the loan when our lawyer tried to negotiate a deal with them. Is this deal possible? The ARV is around 160k.
