Renting out or selling my home
So I have an eight year old house (1550 sq ft, 5 bed 3 bath) that I am considering renting out instead of selling it. We are planning on moving to a town about 25 miles away. Grand Island, NE to Hastings, NE. I'm having trouble finding a comparable home to see I will even have anyone interested in renting it. Does anyone have advice?? I'm pretty new to this world so any help would be awesome! Thank you
