Newbie - Investment Property
I was offered existing properties by a friend in Muscle Shoals, AL in A neighborhoods. Price $79,500 for a 3/2 and a tenant already in place renting at $750/month. Is this a good deal if you’re a newbie? Or would you consider turnkey instead? Just looking for advice. Thanks!
