Multi family housing

Good afternoon,

I am new to real estate and had a question pertaining to off market listings. I am trying to find good off the market multi family listings in the Pensacola to Destin area. I would like to know good avenues to pursue this information that worked for you all. I have heard on the BP podcast that information is available at the local courthouse. Just looking for all avenues and ideas. Thank you guys / gals.

Hey Chris! I know off-market property listings... Visit PREIA it's just on Facebook. Basically, It's a Group
with Active members, they market in (Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Bay, and Walton  ). I'm sure they're pretty much willing in sharing the listings with you.
