Hello All!

I'll try to make this brief but I just wanted to introduce myself and my services. My name is Liana Rodriguez and I am currently a realtor's assistant (working on getting my own FL license). I know there are many investors/realtors who have the capital and know how for investing but don't necessarily have the time and would like/need a trusted individual to delegate certain tasks to.

I am available for realtor assistance (any paperwork, real estate tasks like photos and ads, etc within the realm of assistance), AirBnb Co-hosting (this includes traveling to the property, photos, cleaning, anything needed to manage, etc.)

I also have experience in managing flips and can be your eyes and ears on the ground; help you see big projects through. I have 2 years experience in the real estate business, more than 4 working in flips and rehabs, and 8+ years managing offices and teams (corporate and non-profit. I work from home so my availability is open and for a small percentage (very negotiatable! I am willing to prove my hustle, work ethic, and worth). I am not interested in JUST making money but definitely also to be someone's trusted right hand and help alleviate stress that comes with being a business and homeowner, and and to learn from successful real estate professionals; mutually beneficial beyond finances.
