Thoughts on Using Rental Management Software (ie, Hemlane)

I have two rental properties in New Orleans La,  however I live in Houston, TX. I am looking for a more efficient way to assist me in the management process of these properties. Any advice would be most appreciated.

@Luciana W. can you walk through the payment processing timeline? When they submit payment via ACH, does it come out of their account quickly?

When tenants pay me via ACH, the first time takes a bit longer, I don’t remember exactly the amount of days but about a week for the money to transfer in. But the next time in about 2 days you see the payments in the account. Also as soon as the tenant payed you get notification that that transaction was made so you know they are on time.
