Liens & Involuntary Liens, what am I responsible for?

I am new to the game & trying to understand - with liens i.e. 1st trust deed, 2nd etc. Who would I owe? Who takes precedence? Involuntary liens? There is no doc.# nothing. I've reviewed the title, property records and county clerk records site with not much more answered.
