Best way for A New Realtor to invest regarding commissions/Broker

Hello,

I am seeking advice on doing my own investments, rents, sales, flips, etc. I am new to both investing and being a Realtor. Does anyone have any advice regarding which Broker is the most investor friendly and how do you handle commissions and fees of your own properties? I am currently looking at Brokers like exp and Virtual realty. How do you gain access to the MLS without joining the Realtor Board..and is this even possible.
