Equity Raise Template

Bigger Pocket Investors,

Over the past decade I have purchased all of my multi-unit properties with my own cash and done well. My team has dug up a number of new opportunities and we now have several "off market" multifamily projects under contract; all of which are great deals, tremendous value add with fabulous ROI and appreciation upside. With so many properties in the pipeline, I plan to take on investor capital for the first time.

Does anyone have an "investor offering" template or examples of what they have used in trying to attract investors to invest in their multifamily projects?

Thanks in Advance!
