I see many building brand new houses but can’t find true turnkey providers?

I work with a number of out of state investors, we locate the property and I go inside and get it ready for rental.  I would not call it an official turn key operation but we do about 20 a year for various investors...purchase for 40k, rehab for 15k-20k, rent for 900ish...arv 80k.

@Mark Hart Yes the new house average prices are too high for the numbers to work. I keep hearing how great Jacksonville is but can’t find turnkey providers who fix up older homes.

on the same boat. People say lot of great stuff about Jax but only really JWB comes up but dont show their active inventory lists , also manually ran numbers on some properties on market cashflow isn't just there ..is it still that great compared to few hears back? Or most deals are done there off market these days?
