Investing in Barcelona's suburbs

Hi there,

Long term buy and hold investor who just moved from Boston to Barcelona.  Looking into understanding the market here and the areas that are up and coming.  BP was great in helping me with my investments in up&coming areas in Boston where me and the people I worked with had successful experiences.  Looking to do the same here in Spain. 

Would love to get any insights on what are the areas that are worth looking into it (buying on cheap side and renting for a good yield).
