Anyone used Roofstock.com or Auction.com? Where to find decent MF

Hi Guys,

We're looking for our 2nd investment property which will hopefully be a 2-4 unit MF rental. The pickins here in the Charlotte, NC area area pretty slim, so we've considered using a service like roofstock.com that vets the properties for us. We're not afraid of a little sweat, so converting a property to a MF property might be another option...which is why we considered the foreclosures on auction.com.

Looking for feedback on other places you guys have found your best deals on multifamily investment properties?
