Throughout the purchasing process buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title employees all come together to work towards the closing of the real estate deal. There are many moving parts that can provide multiple types of issues before, during, and after the deal is closed. Whether you have completed 1 deal or have been apart of 500; what are some things that title companies have done for you in the past that have made your closing process seamless.
